2026 Nissan Rogue recalls

Gear position indication (PRNDL)

The instrument panel may not display the transmission gear selection indicator. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 102, "Transmission Shift Lever Sequence, Starter Interlock, and Transmission Braking Effect." A missing gear selection indicator may lead to unintended vehicle movement or a vehicle rollaway, increasing the risk of a crash.

Fix: Dealers will inspect and replace the transmission control valve assembly as necessary, free of charge.

Wrong-size spare tire may be installed

Crash risk

The spare tire on some vehicles may be the wrong size, and the tire placard may list incorrect pressure information. This can lead to the spare being inflated incorrectly, which raises the risk of a crash.

Fix: The dealer will inspect the spare tire assembly and replace it if needed, at no cost to you.
